Causey Engineering has for over 18 years been providing forensic and investigative engineering services and litigation support, specializing in industrial and construction regulations and safety issues. Causey Engineering LLC provides engineering and technical analyses, governmental regulation investigation and interpretation, accident reconstruction and litigation support primarily related to forestry, logging, lumber manufacturing, pulp & paper, food manufacturing, refineries, petrochem, chemical plants, central power stations, warehouse and industrial construction problems.
Eades Forestry Resources, Palo Cedro CA 1989 to Present
Consultant: Provide timber appraisals, develop harvest plans, logging cost estimates, and logging layouts as an independent consultant.
Warner Enterprises, Redding CA 2001 to 2002
Machinery Sales Representative: Conduct field demonstrations of logging and forestry equipment, provide equipment technical information and specifications, operator training, maintenance and repair training, and also troubleshoot equipment problems.

Timber Resource Manager: Responsible for log and timber acquisition for two sawmills, appraisal and purchase of long-term multimillion dollar timber sales, log inventory control, log yard supervision & safety, and coordinated logging & trucking of logs to sawmills.

Forester and Log Buyer: District timberlands manager, responsible for logging, forestry and trucking activities on company owned timberland, responsible for log and timber acquisition for one sawmill.
