Causey Engineering has for over 18 years been providing forensic and investigative engineering services and litigation support, specializing in industrial and construction regulations and safety issues. Mr. Bruckmann has extensive expertise in technology and quality for the Food Industry. His experience includes product, process and quality development and improvement.

Forensic Expert: Provide Forensic Engineering and investigative work related to the food industry. Causey Engineering LLC provides engineering and operations analysis, governmental regulation investigation and interpretation, accident reconstruction and litigation support primarily related to food manufacturing, material handling, pulp and paper mills, lumber manufacturing, chemical plants, central power stations, gas and oil production, refineries, railroads, construction, and warehousing.

Director - Raw & Packaging Productivity: 1997–1999
§ Developed a strategic model for Kraft Foods productivity, which coordinated idea and business case development and transition to business partners.
§ Implemented model with a formal process to investigate costs of raw & packaging materials.
§ Developed training program to move the model broadly into Kraft Foods.
Director – Quality Assurance/Operations Quality: 1993-1997
§ Directed compliance and continuous improvement activities for Quality Systems for 65 Kraft Foods and 140 external plants.
§ Defined and started the implementation of ISO 9000 for Kraft Foods Operations.
§ Directed a staff of 15 business focused quality professionals.
Director – Maxwell House Technical Quality Systems: 1991-1993
§ Created and directed a role that combined strategic quality planning with practical problem solving.
§ Directed the overall quality effort (Quality Assurance, Technical Services and Customer Feedback) at headquarters and plant locations for the Maxwell House Division.
